Bratim health is a leading interdisciplinary health organisation, who works along side General Practitioners (GP) and Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF), providing a service coordinated approach for clients in the community and residents in RACF. Our main priority is to assist with the implementation of the Comprehensive Medical Assessment (CMA) for residents in RACF commencing March 2008.
Bratim Health aims to facilitate the coordination of Enhanced Primary Care initiatives, which ultimately drives the medical care residents require in a RACF.

- Guarantee aged care facilities have maximum federal funding under ACFI by assisting the GP complete the CMA and other care plans.

- Plan individual care for residents which can reduce the incidence of 'acute' episodes occurring.
- Provide agency relief staff to RACF's
